I undertook entry level German here in 2018. Started off rocky with clarity surrounding text book purchases. Classes ran as normal but I had an unfortunate work related event that precluded me from attending for 2 weeks. I tried to return to the classes but it was difficult to pick up where I left off and I felt like I had missed too much. It would have been great to have some catch-up resources available.
I've been studying German at IML for over a year now and would absolutely recommend. Classes have always been small and intimate, with plenty of help from our tutor when needed and a great vibe with other classmates- everyone there is motivated and dedicated to learning the language. The only downside is that the class schedule can sometimes be a bit inflexible, making it difficult to fit in with other commitments.
