Ordered 4 suits and 3 shirts from the Brisbane showroom and it was a complete nightmare. The quality and service were comical. The suits did not fit properly and the shirts were poorly made. We had to go through multiple fittings and alterations, which wasted a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration. The staff was unprofessional and did not take our concerns seriously. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend InStitchu for anyone.
