The CEO and director has refused to pay our outstanding invoice for over 2.6 years for $420.75. We have provided emails from a previous manager, a POD (Proof of delivery). Also, the contract manufacturers of the Dim Sims confirmed the receipt of goods.
Don't use this company - they deliver out of date products, refuse to issue appropriate credits and then send your details to debt collects and Local Court. They've ignored all of our attempts to contact them to negotiate the issue and have behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner!
I quite like the taste of the chicken and chilli jam dumplings, but was surprised and almost cracked a tooth when I bit into a dumpling and found some small rocks. I have kept these and have written to Innova foods an with photos, but haven’t heard from them yet so I thought a google review was in order.
