Their Bakuchiol serum is awful and stinks and doesn't sink into skin. It just sits on top, not absorbing. Waste of money. They don't offer refund which is BAD customer service because they don't care if you're happy or not. Just want to take your money.

I was going to order online but chatted to Kay and was pleasantly surprised when she offered to open up the shop for me. She took time out of her Christmas day to make sure I got what I needed.
