The right product, quickly, exactly as ordered. Great. A minor disappointment was that the delivery was not left at my front door and was taken to a local pickup point instead. It was only printer cartridges - surely that does not need a signature!
Ordered a toner cartridge from these guys and they sent the wrong one. 5 stars for a terrific response to the error with the correct unit sent the next day by express courier. Have not had such a great customer service experience in a long time
