Avoid injurynet like the plague!!! Communication is absolutely appalling. When I sent in the application for my medical, my file was put on hold as they were waiting payment. I only found this out after calling to enquire why I hadn't heard anything. They had sent me the right payment details, but even though I had paid nothing had been done with my file. When I called, I was told that it was first come first served, but that I would be bumped up the list because they had made the mistake. Well six weeks turned into 9 weeks in the end. Then I was left waiting to hear back for the results, got told I was unsuccessful for the job. Decided I would see my doctor as I can't understand what the hell was wrong with me to be deemed unfit for a desk job... Who did reviews my file then? Because since going to my gp I now have a diagnosis that's pretty shit too...

I have not been able to work for 5months now due to this dwls deal they've caused and keep being told is my resposnibility to fix before I can go back to work.
Injurynet was very unhelpful when I needed a pre-employment medical. I already had an appointment booked and they wouldn't let me change it, even though I had a legitimate reason for needing to reschedule. Communication was terrible and I felt like I was just another number to them. The whole process was very frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
