I read the reviews on my way to I-MED, and I thought oh wow. My own experience this week was, helpful on the phone, helpful at reception, and a very thorough and patient person taking the ultrasound of my hand and wrist.
I recently had an ultrasound at I-MED and the experience was terrible. The sonographer was rude and had a terrible bedside manner. The staff was also not very friendly or communicative. Overall, it was a distressing experience.
I arrived at I-MED 15 minutes early, as they had requested. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes for the sonographer to see me. It seemed like they were more focused on their coffee order than their patients. I had to ask the front desk when I would be seen as I had to go to work. Only then did they finally call me in. This kind of disregard for patients' time is unacceptable.
