It is a shame when the first contact at reception is so condescending- totally unacceptable and unnecessary. However, it was reassuring to establish that the remaining staff were respectful.
Unacceptable services. I received a message from them 20 minutes before my appointment saying that the doctor was sick and we had to cancel. That’s an excuse because tomorrow is public holidays and they wanted to have a long weekend.
