Size of food is smaller than photos displayed and the sauce tasted a bit different in the burger. Service is acceptable, however staff were facing inward and talking to each other upon arrival. Tables and seats were dirty, oily and clearly see food scraps on multiple places. Floor was sticky and uncleaned.
The fried chicken pieces were cold and dry, the water took an extra 5 minutes and wasn't cold, and we ordered an iced coffee without chocolate sprinkle because my relative is allergic and they wouldn't remake it, they just tried to scrape it off which missed some (even though we told them she's allergic).
