I recently visited Horizen and the lady at reception was very professional and was wonderful in assisting me with showing me the ropes of my first float. The facilities are nice and clean and I liked that the room with the floatation pool was not black but was white. Liked the stars on the ceiling as well...a nice touch.
Loved the whole experience. Katherine was lovely and accommodating, especially with my last minute booking. The sauna was relaxing and the float was such a nice and unique way to relax and repair. Can’t wait for my next float!
The float room is set up well. The float tanks are a good size & I like that it is an open area with options to have lights on or off. The option of the 'starlight' on the roof feature is lovely. The lady is friendly & easy to talk with. Highly recommend.
