Fixed our pump but left our jet vac broken and despite calling twice to ask them to come back and fix it and being told they would come, they never arrived and the jet vac is still broken. Not cool! Waited a week and half but will use another company now.
I purchased a new Dolphin pool robot last year. A part on it broke and I contacted Holfords on a Saturday morning. They told me to bring it in to them that morning and they were able to replace the part while I waited. I had the robot back in my pool and working the same day! Holfords were extremely friendly and very helpful.
Great guys, had a tricky problem, no maintenance, they fixed it quickly, explained what I should do in the future and were fantastic. And the invoice was very modest compared to some of the others around. Highly recomended.
