We booked our car in for a service and diagnostic testing. They had our car from 9.00am till 5.30pm. We asked them to check a number of things but were told that because we had not requested those things to be checked when we made the booking that they could not be checked. This was very disappointing and frustrating as one of the main reasons for having our vehicle serviced was to have everything possible checked, as we are going away shortly. We were also not informed that the vehicle had not been washed, or even vacuumed, which is something that we always had done when we have had our vehicle serviced. I believe that I mentioned it when we arrived to have the vehicle serviced.In the past we have had our vehicle services in Goulburn, where it was serviced by Lennock Motors. All I can say is that High Country Subaru's level of service is very poor.
