Was pretty much accused of stealing because I used a pen, that I intended to purchase, to write on a birthday card. I purchased the pen and the card but will never buy from this place again. So very rude. Maybe ask before you make assumptions. Some customer service training in order.
Refused to pay out few hundred dollar win told to come back at 6pm . Happy to take your money and not pay out disgusting

The staff at this store are extremely friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face and go out of their way to assist customers. Highly recommend!
