Ordered uniforms, waited 3 months to arrive. Thought I would follow up with a phone call where they are. The guy that answered was rude, said if I hadn't had a call yet they won't have arrived, no attempt to find out where they are - its been 3 months!. Customer service not great.
I ordered KB school uniforms. Waited 2 months ,so I phoned them . Order was sitting there ,they said they tried calling me but I didn't answer , I can't answer the phone at work . Staff were really rude . I would rather pay more money and go to green door .
