Sham organisation and total wastage of public money. Passes the buck to AHPRA which is another sham. I am not sure why this organisation exists which does not even do anything.

The worst experience ever. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The facilities were dirty and outdated. Definitely not worth the money.
Terrible service. I had to wait for hours to be seen by a doctor. The waiting area was overcrowded and uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
