Staff refused to give adequate help with regards to claims. I am 79 years old and find it a difficult procedure. I was told to go away and contact Medicare. If explained what to do I could have contacted Medicare whilst in the branch and had the claims handled.
Wonderful service provided by Moon today, she was so patient and thorough with our cover!
If you want dental hygienist to handle your check up go there but why? When you can get a qualify dentist at the same price / no gap else where! Massive cut cost scam!
