Staff pleasant enough, helpful, purchased the obligatory 'warranty protection' which to me merely feels like the companies tax to not argue with me over warranty protections which are written into law. Good thing it also covers free delivery of new fridges and removal of old fridge if it is not put into use outside.

I was in there this afternoon to buy an air conditioner with a nice staff member and he was really helpful. My mum went to pay for it over the phone and we were almost done when another staff member came up while serving someone else. The overall experience was good, but the wait time and interruption could have been better managed. I would rate it 3 out of 5.
