we have supported this practise for over 50 years as a family, have never had an issue, but the new management doesn't seem to care about the locals who have always supported them. they have become nothing but a money hungry company. they have lost the care and compassion they use to have.
This medical service does not culturally Identify with the Indigenous people of this town.. and considering Harvey is a place they put women escaping D/V , I'm appalled by the lack of sensitivity by the Doctors at Harvey medical with assistance with exemptions and attaining medical history files.
The GP's here do not listen, they make you feel as though you are a hypochondriac for showing concern over your own health. Appalling people skills. If you want to get to the bottom of your issues, do not bother here.
