After being let down by another company and refused a refund, they went out of their way to ensure we still had an amazing time. They helped us reorganize our itinerary, booked new accommodations, and even provided us with some extra activities as a gesture of goodwill. Their customer service was exceptional and they really went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough!
