I purchased an online first aid coupon for $49.00. We were then booked into a course in December and the day before received a message saying the instructor had a death in the family. We accepted the reason and rescheduled the course for January. However, when we arrived at the training venue in January, there was no one there to greet us and the venue was locked. We tried contacting the company but no one answered our calls or responded to our messages. We lost our money and our time. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from Hailer Solutions.
