Visited Guitar Brothers for the first time today, a bit daunted by the amount of gear in the store i decided to approach the counter wherein i met the very friendly staff. They asked some questions and helped narrow down what would suit me best after which i got to try some guitars out. i didnt feel rushed nor felt like a nuisance but felt helped out and encouraged in making the final purchase. They sure have a lot of knowledge and patience with beginner like myself.. looking forward to many happy memories with my new guitar. and YES ! i Definitely recommend this store to beginners and professional alike.
I brought my amp after its death. The staff is extremely nice and efficient. Now my amplifier is working again like it was new. Excellent service they offer.
Every staff member knew the entire inventory as well as where it was. One of the staff members offered no help and seemed as if he didn't like people.
Great staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After going to several other music stores in brisbane and also around Australia I can tell you their customer service and guitar techs are by far the best. Their range is great too but really friendliest service I've found.
