Been with then for nearly 20 years and only recently been involved in an accident which wasn't my fault, but these guys have been bloody useless can't be bothered calling or doing anything to speed things up. Still waiting for payout after 4 weeks.typical insurance company. Takes your money and does nothing

I have called them five times from last three days but nobody get back to me. Today I called again and my call was forwarded to Mat or Matthew. I am just not using them as my insurance broker.
Been with them for nearly 20 years and only recently been involved in an accident which wasn't my fault, but these guys have been bloody useless. Can't be bothered calling or doing anything to speed things up. Still waiting for payout after 4 weeks. Typical insurance company. Takes your money and does nothing.
