Griffith University Dental Clinic reviews
Excellent dental services with the latest equipment and techniques. The students are great. You also need to be patient, as there are waiting lists for treatment.
Helpful friendly staff, dental students are normally pretty good. Though I did have a filling done by a student & now that needs to be removed & redone because it's too big. Maybe the qualified dental teaching staff need to oversee the work while in progress.
Shout out to the receptionist behind the counter at the Qscan clinic for making me cry because I didn’t know my X-ray couldn’t be a walk in (even though their website says nothing about that and my dentist was confident that you could do walk ins). Don’t do a customer service job if you’re going to be miserable.

The Griffith University Dental Clinic offers excellent dental services. The equipment and techniques used are up-to-date, and the students are skilled. However, it is important to note that there are waiting lists for treatment, so patience is required.
I had a positive experience at the Griffith University Dental Clinic. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the dental students were proficient. However, I did have an issue with a filling that was done by a student, and it needed to be redone as it was too big. It would be beneficial if the qualified dental teaching staff supervised the students' work.
I had a negative experience with the receptionist at the Qscan clinic. She made me cry because I was not aware that walk-ins were not allowed for X-rays. This information was not mentioned on their website, and my dentist had assured me that walk-ins were accepted. Customer service should not be provided by individuals who are miserable.
