I don’t even know where to start. I had an emergency c section which was not what we planned, however, having Dr Widmer and Dr Pilgrim in my birth was incredible- you are phenomenal women and from the bottom of my heart I thank you for your hard work, love, and support. You looked after us so well throughout my pregnancy: piloting us through the coronavirus pandemic and the ever-changing processes, providing safe and reassured care and bringing our twin boys safely into the world. You were both incredible in the operating theater- I felt safe seeing Dr Widmer's and the anesthesiologist's calmness and competency, my husband has surgery in the field and was reassured to be in such capable, caring hands. Dr Pilgrim offered wonderful support both pre and postoperatively. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. My unplanned c-section was the safest and most positive experience it could have been.
