I called to book appointment (24/07/2023 at 10 am nobody answer third time a guy answered call he told no appointment before Wednesday. I requested any possiblity I can get even phone consultation he started getting rude very disappointed with the reception service unprofessional at all

I called to book an appointment (24/07/2023 at 10 am). Nobody answered. Third time a guy answered the call and he told me there were no appointments before Wednesday. I requested any possibility I can get even a phone consultation, but he started getting rude. Very disappointed with the reception service, unprofessional at all.
