We ended up with another rim and tyre (they phoned to get the best price for us on the tyre and rang back) and had us back on the road in no time. Very impressed indeed
If you're driving through Clare S.A. and you have a problem with your car tyres, I can definitely recommend the very helpful service I received from the Manager Pete Prowse. We arrived at Goodyear on a very busy afternoon, but Pete was very helpful and saw us promptly, showed me the problem with my tyre after removing it from the car and checking it. Unfortunately, I needed to buy a new tyre and he arranged for it to be brought over from the distribution centre in Stellenbosch, which took a while. We went for a walk in town and in about an hour (Pete has a few staff and a very efficient operation) he phoned and said that the tyre had arrived. We went back, they fitted the tyre ( and swapped on the best price one from the punctured tyre, BTW) and we were on our way. I was very impressed with the service, the staff, the waiting area and facilities and the price charged. Thank you, Goodyear!

Absolutely disgusting service. Pete tried to charge me for things I know is complete nonsense. I had to argue with him in his restaurant thinking it would be more effective, when it just made the situation worse.

I went to the store for a flat tyre repair. The job was done quickly within an hour and the price was fair. The staff were friendly too. I would recommend this shop.
