Vietnamese Noodle Salad should have been named Vietnamese Coriander Salad. Not a good balance of ingredients. The coriander was so overpowering that the salad was not pleasant to eat, hence went in the bin.
I recently bought the Egyptian freekah salad from Iga Wembley and it was fabulous. Thanks for introducing me to that grain. Great flavours. It is big enough to add it to a meal for two with some steak or chicken as the side dish. Meal done! Thanks.
Just had their butter chicken which we got from Costco. Was amazing (like authentic Indian takeaway) and fed our whole family for $15. Can't beat it. We will be trying the others in the selection for sure!
