As a long time patron I have been very disappointed by the service when the owner is not present. Twice in a month I order Chicken, Cheese, Avocado roll to be toasted and received a cold and watery roll. The chicken and cheese hadn't thawed …
Great choice of fresh lunch fare, as well as a plethora of chilled and hot drinks. Staff at Waratah are always very professional and friendly. Adequate seating, even when it's busy
I was the third customer who had to followup their order as the staff has them wrong. No apology for the fact that it took 20min to make a chiller. Gloria Jeans are clearly not training staff or maintaining premises as this one is held together by duck-taped floor boards
