Why has this once great local company turned to a rubbish money grab for overseas call centres. No help, no service, no friendly Aussies anymore. I hate this company and I still cant get my car fixed from a claim.
Not Happy with their service even though my policy was canceled they took money out of my account. I had to call a few times to get the refund back still I haven't received my money back. Shame on GIO.
