We have had a bad experience with this company. They are happy to take money no questions asked and for 4 years they never sent any renewal emails to confirm that we wanted to renew our policy. Took well over 1000 and refuse to pay it back. Not happy!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by GIA Insurance Brokers. They failed to send renewal emails for 4 years and took over $1000 without authorization. They are refusing to refund the money. This is unacceptable!
GIA Insurance Brokers is a terrible company. Despite taking our money for 4 years, they never sent any renewal emails and now they are refusing to refund the over $1000 they owe us. I would not recommend them to anyone!
