It took them 5 business days to dispatch an order because for the 3 out of those 5 business days the "head office hasn't received the paperwork yet". This one item was purchased online. How long does it take for an online order to come through - online? Will update to let you know of the quality of the item.
Don't know what's happened. Always used to get good service and prices. Got told to bury my DeWalt drill in the back yard as it's more than 2 years old. Pointed in the direction of the welders and ignored for 10 minutes. I walked out. That cost them over $750 in sales.
