BE WARNED - Do not give this company any credit/ send invoices. Our Business has had outstanding invoices with Fuel Systems for almost a year. Annette has acknowledged the debt on numerous occasions, and advised it will be paid. But it never has been, and now I cant even get my phone call returned.
The A Current Affair story on this company has finally exposed the truth about Fuel System Solutions. Annette is very rude and very unprofessional! Do not use this company!!!
Starts a job and doesn't complete it - sends you a invoice and then over charges you - an hour and a half of works on site @ $669.00 not only that he then strings you along for a month or so knowing all to well that it is his plan to just ignore you and not follow up on the job!!!

The company has a terrible overall experience. Their customer service is terrible and the staff is unprofessional. The ambiance and decor of their facilities are also not up to par. Would not recommend.
I had a terrible experience with Fuel System Solutions. The wait time was extremely long and I had to make reservations in advance. The customer service was poor, and the staff was not helpful at all. The atmosphere in the store was not pleasant and the overall experience was not worth it.
