Receptionist (Sue) is really rude over the phone. She is not suited to public contact work and gives a bad impression of the clinic. She was unhelpful, impatient, abrupt and generally obnoxious. If there was a Fawlty Towers for health care, this would be it!
So rude on the phone sue receptionist was combative I was ringing on behalf of a client with a disability, I watched sue last time we went in and she was nasty to fellow colleague. So I'm not on patient registry . This is unexceptable
