My experience at fielders mile end goods pick up was woeful. Gave up and will collect goods when they arrive at the Marion road branch. Cannot describe how pitiful the non existent service is. Kym Olson posting this review.

The service at Fielders has been disappointing. The wait time to get assistance is extremely long and there is no sense of urgency from the staff. The overall experience has been quite negative as a result.
I recently visited Fielders and was not impressed with the initial impression and atmosphere of the place. It seemed quite disorganized and chaotic. The quality of their products and services also left much to be desired.
My personal experience with Fielders has been quite frustrating. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The ambiance and decor of the place were also lacking.
The facilities and amenities at Fielders were lacking. There were not enough seating areas and the restroom facilities were not well-maintained. It did not feel like a comfortable or welcoming environment.
I felt that the value for money at Fielders was not great. The prices were quite high compared to other similar companies and the quality of the products did not justify the cost. I would not recommend.
