Fantastic service from Chris Zhai - Visited a few times over the years and Chris has been very helpful in providing information about the car I am interested in as well as what to expect from Fergusons. Would love to come back for my next car.
Worst service ever, they overcharged for a new car under warranty and just replaced a fuse. I just waited for three hours. It was said that it was caused by too many electrical appliances in my car, and I was charged $90 I am very angry and I must have a fair explanation.

A total disrespect for peoples time. Needing my van for work I walked up to the workshop and found only 3 workers there. I asked the girl at reception she explained that they would have to clear the cars on the lot first before working on any of the customer cars. So why did they make me wait till 10.30am without anybody telling me they were facing delays. I took the morning off work to get the van here earlier so I would be one of the 1st in the queue. Wrong! Shame on you Toyota. I have bought 7 new Toyota's over the years. This must be the worst experience to date. Aligned with the service, the attitude from the parts desk. I explained that I had been waiting 3 hours I wanted to know if they had the parts. Without even telling me the bullet I was asking for the guy said 'sorry mate I have just come on'. Haha don't think he could spell parts!! Lack of a professional approach to customer service from parts. To boot when I picked up the van some parts had not been properly replaced. Would love to change from Toyota but Fergusons is the only 1 in my area.
