The nurses and specialists explained what to expect and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The facilities were clean and modern, and the overall experience was excellent.
I had to have a Biopsy, man problem. I was apprehensive and didn’t sleep the night before. Entered into the reception and all my fears were relaxed. From the two reception girls, the booking nurse, the theatre manager, being introduced to the specialist that came to speak to me before the op, the Follow-up Care, to the fantastic staff in the operating room who stayed upbeat and light-hearted all along, I thank you. You made a difficult experience so much easier to manage. I can’t recommend Far North Day Hospital enough.
