I have just received a purchase. I ordered my Sjambok only yesterday. Once I placed the order, I was personally thanked for the order and told it was on its way. The customer service is exceptional, as is the quality of the product. I would def recommend Extac Australia. Adrian runs an awesome operation.

The customer service at Extac Australia is terrible. I had a problem with my order and when I reached out for help, I was ignored. It took weeks for them to finally respond, and even then they were not helpful. I will not be shopping here again.
