I had been with them for years, something has definitely changed!!! NO WHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS THEY USED TO BE!! Quick to take your money, but they don't have any retailers on hand that can deliver!!! Still trying to get my first delivery that was supposed to be over 7 days ago!!! OFFICE STAFF CANNOT ASSIST WHEN THEY OPERATE 100 DAYS PER WEEK...DO NOT TAKE THEIR INSURANCE, IT'S WORTHLESS! YOU PAY POUND FOR POUND AND STILL HAVE TO PAY WHEN THEY DO NOT DELIVER OR WHEN NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALL! They only have excuses, but they quickly take your money! How can it take a week to deliver in the same city..and add another 7 days with still no ETA? Listen....PAY MORE IF YOU HAVE $$. Save money by not being swayed by cheap prices and quality service that was not on par with CLOWNS! Called Essential yesterday to take my money and cancel the order, they WOULDN'T LET ME! I must wait another 7 days....they need to refund me THREE WEEK'S payments without delay! Ridiculous and lack of consideration for an ongoing loyal customer! Going on a month and no merchandise? NO ETA? Cancel the order, they say they can only refund me IF and only IF they actually HAVEN'T shipped (which probably the only way I'm getting a REFUND)...Rediculous and incompetence!!! Worst experience in my entire life!
