Epic at being quite terrible as assisting clients finding work.
EPIC Assist was a complete waste of time. They promised to help me find work, but all they did was send me to a few job interviews that were completely wrong for me. They didn't seem to listen to what I wanted or what my skills were. I ended up finding a job on my own without their help.
I had a very negative experience with EPIC Assist. They were supposed to assist me in finding work, but they were completely ineffective. I felt like my case worker didn't really care about me or my needs. Every time I contacted them for help, it felt like I was bothering them. I would not recommend EPIC Assist to anyone.
