Went to Fountain Gate Energetiks for a pointe shoe fitting a couple of weeks ago and the staff were so welcoming and professional. Rachel, one of the staff, did such an amazing job and fitted me with the perfect pair of pointe shoes! Would highly recommend, 10/10!!
A fantastic shop with exceptional customer service...Georgia is the absolute best.....she is super kind,very knowledgeable and understanding. She really listens to the customer and when I requested a change of shoes...she took the time to help my daughter. Thanks again Georgia for being so helpful and attentive
Super friendly staff. They helped my daughter find the perfect shoe that she would grow into as well still find comfort in wearing them. I say amazing customer service because my daughter can be a bit of a diva so this was perfect for my daughter and myself ❤️
