I have been calling the embassy for over a week. I've left messages and sent emails. They have a voice mail that says "The Embassy is closed. Our office hours are from 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday." Every time I have called it has been well within those business hours. No one ever calls you back.

Exceptional service. I recently had some documents attested and the service provided by the Embassy staff was exceptional from the moment they answered the phone (2 minutes before closing) the information provided was clear and concise, and the efficiency of attesting my documents and having them returned to me was first class. The embassy did not provide a good response. I called multiple times within their business hours, but they never answered or called back. Terrible customer service.

I have been trying to contact the embassy for weeks with no luck. They have a voice message that says their office hours are from 9am-4pm Monday through Friday, but I have called well within those hours and still haven't been able to reach anyone. Very disappointed with their lack of responsiveness.
