Poor service and product. Have no idea why the price is so expensive, and can't see the details of my gas usage.

Trying to contact Elgas is ridiculous. They always "are experiencing an unprecedented demand', so you must wait, and wait and wait. This really means that there is just not enough staff to deliver the service that we should expect. Sharpen up Elgas!
