Called their "24 hour" number. Was told they can't help me with account issues until 8:30. If I had the option of literally any other supplier I'd take it.

Happy to take you money with expensive cylinders and high charges. But when you run out of gas ,thier sub contractors dont care and neither do thier call centre's. …

Happy to take your money with expensive cylinders and high charges. But when you run out of gas, their subcontractors don't care and neither do their call centers.
The delivery was prompt and the propane was of good quality. However, the cost of the cylinders is quite high compared to other suppliers.
The customer service representative was helpful in resolving my account issues. However, the wait time on the phone was quite long.
