Their efficiency is wonderful. I called & the next day I had a brand new hot water system. However the guy who called told me it would take an hour or hour and a half to complete but it actually took 3 hours which messed up my program for the day. So far the machine works very well.
Cannot fault this company. Had a new HWS installed so quick. They were easy to deal with, efficient and under the govt rebate scheme i didnt have to pay a thing. More people need to know about this. And best thing is the saving to the power bill moving forward. Very very happy.
One of the best dealings I have had with a company. It was as painless experience from sales to installation. Everyone was polite and respectful. The Plumber and the Electrician were very good at their jobs and left everything clean and tidy. And thanks for government subsidies it only cost $33 an incredible bargain.
