Each and every single time i go in, i am greeted with a smile. Staff are always very helpful and point me in the right direction if need be. Kate has been amazing every time i’ve gone in, she is very polite, thorough and knows what shes talking about. Will be going back very soon.

The manager is non-binary but never causes a fuss when they're addressed as 'that woman, the girl' etc. Could never imagine this person discriminating against anyone.
