I get a message that the hard drive had died, I was offered a new hard drive for $150 or a trade-in of $150 on a PS5. I bought the PS5 and was told I would receive an email with instructions, I never received that email. I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I was told it would be couriered to me. I never received it. It's been a total of 5 weeks since my PS4 died. I have NOTHING.
