Great customer service! They were very helpful when I had an issue with my water meter. Repaired it promptly and with a smile.
I had a strange phone call from someone claiming to be from East Gippsland Water and I suspected it might be a scam. When I called the company for clarification, I felt like I was being brushed off and it made me concerned.
