Dr Loo was rude, abrupt, dismissive and condescending in her approach at our consultation. Dr Loo not only spoke down to myself as if I was nothing but an anxious Mother but she also lacked any interest in interacting with my child.
This pediatrician is excellent! The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Loo is very knowledgeable and spends time listening to any concerns I have about my child's health. She also has a great bedside manner and is always gentle and patient with my child.
