I first saw Dr Hall approx. 2 years ago, yes he was lovely & personable and you felt you could trust him. If I knew to do a bit of research then, I would have been aware of his dreadfully ageist approach and behaviour. He needs to be retired or do an extended course on people skills, how to talk to patients and manage their expectations.
