I really recommend Google to have ZERO stars available for reviews. I was severely ill. They didn't give a fig. They asked me to send the GP's recommendation letter to them and I did. When I called beforehand to ask whether they got the letter and whether we can discuss the details during our appointment, they said they didn't get it yet. That was a lie. Also, when I finally got there to confirm the appointment, they called to ask whether I am coming in. They didn’t get it (or they pretended, who knows). So I had a fake appointment. Avoid (miss)communication, especially in the case of severely ill people, and if you are lying, at least stick to your story! Extra points for making me wait for 45 minutes. I am very angry.
